It seems to be ok now. I started from scratch and all areas are in sequence. However, even after installling the installer an running it as Administrator, I still have not yet seen the copyright notice. Installing the installer as Adminitrator made no difference, I still don't see the copyright nor the facilty to install all packages.

Sorry, I should have said that I am using W10 and it is the same if I run the installer as Administrator.
