The NL2000 is still working on version version 4 of the scenery. They'd like to make faster progress, but are limited by resources. Building is steadily continuing and more internal projects are assigned and completed. The team is in the stage of a feature freeze. They'd also like to show off one of these completed projects. This time round, Rotterdam (EHRD) is the showpiece.
The name of this airport has recently been changed into Rotterdam The Hague Airport. This name is reflected in the new NL2000 screen shots. We have added a preview video which gives a good overview of the field. In this video, one of the beautiful and realistic freeware Pipers (designed by team member Rien Cornelissen) is flown in and around EHRD. These Pipers are also found stationary as well as at other airfields, in realistic colors and decals. These models, by the way, can be downloaded at www.flightsim.com amongst others.
